What information do we collect?
When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the information you give us: name, email address, phone number, which service you are interested in, the size of the home and the moving date (on the move-out pages), and any message.
What do we use it for?
We only use the information to contact you, give you a quote and, if relevant, enter into and carry out a cleaning agreement. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it on.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your request with a view to entering into an agreement, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and our legitimate interest in answering requests, cf. Article 6(1)(f).
Who has access?
The information is stored in our customer and booking system and is only available to Skandiacare and the data processors we use to run the website and customer system. We have data processing agreements in place where required.
How long do we keep it?
If you become a customer, we keep the information for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and after that for as long as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires. If you do not become a customer, we delete your request when it is no longer relevant, and no later than after 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have incorrect information corrected, to have your information deleted, to object to the processing and to receive your information. Write to info@skandiacare.dk and we will help you.
Cookies
This website uses Google Ads to measure whether an ad leads to a request. Google only sets cookies if you have given consent in the cookie banner. We use Cookiebot to manage consent, and Cookiebot sets a necessary cookie that remembers your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, just as easily as you gave it.
