What does stairwell cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of floors, the type of floor and how often we come. The association gets a fixed monthly amount, so the budget is easy to plan.
How often do you come?
Typically once a week or every two weeks. Some associations choose twice a week in winter and less in summer.
Do you also clean the windows in the stairwell?
Yes, on the inside. It can be part of the fixed agreement or booked separately.
Do you clean stairs in basements and bike basements?
Yes. Basement corridors, bike basements, laundry rooms and other shared areas can be part of the agreement.
How does the board know we have been there?
We log every visit, so you can always see when we have been there and what was done.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The association can cancel the agreement without a long lock-in.
