Is there a lock-in, and how do I pay?
No lock-in, you can cancel at any time. The invoice is sent at the end of the month, and you have 8 working days to pay by bank transfer.

Terms and conditions
Clear and simple, so you know what you are saying yes to.
Pets
All customers must tell us if they have pets at home.
Cancellation and rebooking
Cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed time, you are not charged. If you cancel later, 80% of the agreed price is charged.
Rebooking. We rebook at no extra cost if possible. If it is not possible, you can either keep your booking or cancel.
Move-out cleaning. The same rule applies. Cancellations must be made on weekdays by phone or email.
Agreement period and cancellation
The terms apply from when you accept them and for as long as the agreement runs. Agreements run until further notice without a lock-in and can be cancelled by either party with immediate effect. If you book services after the agreement ends, the rules on rebooking and cancellation still apply.
We can terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the working environment at your place is harmful to health, if the cooperation does not work, if the invoice is not paid despite a reminder, or if there is an attempt to hire our staff directly.
Price and payment
All invoices are sent at the end of the month, and you have the following 8 working days to pay. Payment is made by bank transfer as stated on the invoice. Late payment results in a reminder with a fee.
